Refund and Returns Policy
- The claim of Warranty of Watches will be provided by The PK Shop. Moreover, the warranty of all other products listed on the website will be claimed by the respective brands.
- Year Warranty for Free Service / Cell Change / Battery of watches will be provided.
- Breakage / Misuse will not be entertained in warranty.
- Customers are notified that they must bring an Original Warranty Card at the time of availing warranty, carried with the original bill.
- All Products are 100% original and genuine.
- The delivery charges are applied to orders that are less than Rs. 1500/-, Orders having amounts more than Rs. 1500/- will be delivered free only in Pakistan. International Orders will be charged accordingly to their respective country.
- The Exchange Offer is valid within 3 days of delivery if the product is in its original state, otherwise, you will not be illegible for availing exchange offer by The PK Shop.
- No Refunds are allowed if the product is used otherwise refunds are entertained:
- If the product is incomplete, damaged, or defective
- If the product is incorrect (as shown on the website)
- The payments will only be accepted by the following methods as listed:
- Change & return delivery charges will be paid by customer.
- In return, payment will be reversed within 3 to 7 days.
